According to Research and Markets, the global laser marking industry is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.6% by 2030. The recent emergence of new tracing and tracking regulations means companies have to mark all their components, from raw materials to finished products. These requirements have already begun to increase the demand for cost-effective, efficient laser marking services, equipment, and tooling.

A significant factor in the efficacy of laser marking is having an easy-to-use fixturing system that can quickly get parts in and out of machines. To help fill this need, Phillips Precision created the Laser Arsenal®, a universal fixture system designed to meet the demands of high-volume production, while also providing versatility for prototyping and short-run applications.

"The action of the Loc-N-Load™ quick swap plates and the versatility of Laser Arsenal® work holding helps us process parts faster, boosting productivity of our machines and operators," said Scott Ferrecchia, vice president of Lincoln Tool & Machine. "It takes the time and guesswork out of complex fixtures the guys need to use on a regular basis out in the shop."

Designed in-house, the Laser Arsenal® is a low-cost, ready-made solution designed to streamline workflows and maximize profits. This modular, magnetically interlocking system fits any laser marking machine and enables laser technicians to palletize various capacities of parts to maximize runtime and mark more parts per shift.
